Financial Ombudsman Service and FSCS. In some circumstances you may be able to refer a complaint about this firm to the Financial Ombudsman Service, or make a claim under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if the firm is unable to meet its obligations to you. Protection depends on the specific activity carried out and your categorisation as a client, and may not extend to all of our services. Please contact us in writing if you would like confirmation of what is, and is not, covered.
Any communication issued by Cavenham Capital that constitutes a financial promotion is approved, or issued, in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority. Where a promotion is issued by an unauthorised person, it will be approved by Cavenham Capital only where permitted under our regulatory permissions.
